Unlink Zoho Desk and then connect GoTo Connect to Unified Zoho with Phonebridge v3 for a better integration experience.
- Log in to the Integrations Dashboard at https://my.jive.com/integrations/.
- Click Zoho Desk in the left sidebar.
- From the Admin tab, click Disable Zoho Desk Integration to unlink the Zoho Desk integration for the users in your organization.
Note: You must be an admin in your organization with the proper permissions to disable the integration.
- From Zoho Desk, go to and then enable Telephony (or PhoneBridge). You may not have this option if this setting has already been enabled.
- In the Integrations Dashboard, click Unified Zoho in the left sidebar.
- Click Link Account.
Result: You will then be redirected to Unified Zoho to login and allow GoTo Connect to access your account.
- From Settings in the Integrations Dashboard, choose your line.
