How do I migrate from Zoho Desk to Unified Zoho?

    Unlink Zoho Desk and then connect GoTo Connect to Unified Zoho with Phonebridge v3 for a better integration experience.

    1. Log in to the Integrations Dashboard at https://my.jive.com/integrations/.
    2. Click Zoho Desk in the left sidebar.
    3. From the Admin tab, click Disable Zoho Desk Integration to unlink the Zoho Desk integration for the users in your organization.
      Note: You must be an admin in your organization with the proper permissions to disable the integration.
    4. From Zoho Desk, go to Settings > Phone and then enable Telephony (or PhoneBridge). You may not have this option if this setting has already been enabled.
    5. In the Integrations Dashboard, click Unified Zoho in the left sidebar.
    6. Click Link Account.

      Result: You will then be redirected to Unified Zoho to login and allow GoTo Connect to access your account.

    7. From Settings in the Integrations Dashboard, choose your line.
