How do I allow pop-ups for the Salesforce integration?

    Allow pop-ups to receive incoming and outgoing call notifications in your Salesforce Classic or Salesforce Lightning integration.

    Browser How-to
    Google Chrome
    1. From Salesforce, copy your organization's domain from the URL address bar, e.g. https://<domain>.lightning.force.com.
      Note: Replace ‹domain› with your unique domain.
    2. Click Google Chrome Three Dots in the right corner and then click Settings.
    3. From Privacy and security, click Site Settings.
    4. From Content, click Pop-ups and redirects.
    5. From Allow, click Add.
    6. Enter your Salesforce domain and then click Add.
    Note: Domains are different for Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning. If you use both Salesforce products, repeat the above steps.
    Mozilla Firefox
    1. From Salesforce, copy your organization's domain from the URL address bar, e.g. https://<domain>.lightning.force.com.
      Note: Replace ‹domain› with your unique domain.
    2. Click Firefox Settings Icon in the right corner and then click Privacy & Settings from the left sidebar.
    3. From Permissions, click Exceptions next to Block pop-up windows.
    4. Enter your Salesforce domain and then click Allow.
    5. Click Save Changes.
    Note: Domains are different for Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning. If you use both Salesforce products, repeat the above steps.
