How do I download and install the GoTo app?

Download and install the desktop and mobile apps for GoTo Training to easily host or join sessions and access all of our great collaboration tools including breakout rooms and multi-monitor screen sharing.

Windows

System requirements: Windows 10 or higher.
Tip: You can also access a web version by going to https://app.goto.com.
  1. Download GoTo for Windows.
  2. Open and run the downloaded install file.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
    Note: We can only guarantee security and compatibility with services if the app is updated at least once a quarter.
What to do next: Now that you've downloaded the app, learn more about using GoTo by attending a free training or joining a training.
Attention: You do not need to sign in or create an account as an attendee.

Mac

System requirements: macOS 11.0 or higher.
Tip: You can also access a web version by going to https://app.goto.com.
  1. Download the version of GoTo that's right for your Mac.
    Note: Verify which chip your Mac has by going to Apple menu > About This Mac > Overview > "Processor" or "Chip", and then check if it says "Intel" or "Apple".

  2. Open and run the downloaded install file.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

iOS

System Requirements: iOS 13.4/iPad OS 13.4.

  1. Download GoTo mobile app for iOS.
  2. If you are an organizer, select Sign in and then log in with your GoTo credentials.
  3. If you are an attendee, you do not need to sign in or create an account. Select Join a session, enter the training or session ID found in your confirmation email (or any reminder emails), and then select Join.

Android

System Requirements: Android 8.0 or newer. Unauthorised APK installations via third-party stores are not supported.

  1. Download GoTo mobile app for Android.
