Why didn't my attendee receive their certificate?

If organizers included the attendee certificate in the follow-up email, the certificates will automatically send after the webinar. If your attendee didn't receive their certificate, see below for some troubleshooting tips.

Check the spam/junk folder.

In some cases, the spam filtering system on their email client might have misidentified the "Thank you for attending training" email as being spam. It's also possible that your company's servers might have blocked the email due to security firewalls.

Check the email address.

Make sure your attendees are checking the email that they used to register to the training.

Reach out to your organizer.
