Invite others to the session

The session has not started yet.
Desktop app or web
- Sign in to the GoTo web or desktop app.
- Select a session to open its details.
- Select Copy next to the session link or webinar details and paste it wherever you'd like, such as an email or chat.
- Once the webinar invite is sent, attendees can simply select the session link to join or enter the 9-digit meeting ID (access code) into the desktop, mobile, or browser directly.
Mobile app
- From Webinars, select the desired session.
- Select Invite and then choose the desired invitation method:
- Tap Copy to copy the session details and then paste wherever.
- Select an app to send the invitation through. The meeting information will populate in the app you select.
The session has started.
Desktop app or web
- Select .
- Select an invitation method:
- To email the webinar details, select .
- To copy the session link to your clipboard, select Copy session link.
- Send the invite. Attendees will be prompted to register before the session if they haven't done so already.
