Manage videos on your GoTo Stage channel

  1. Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
  2. Select Manage Channels icon and then select the desired channel to edit.
  3. Make any of the following changes as desired:
    Customization Options
    Desired change Instructions
    Add videos See Add videos to your channel
    Add a title/description From the desired video, select the title or description field. Enter the needed text and then click out of the text field to save the changes.
    Add a thumbnail — Increases clicks and views by up to 3x From the desired video, select the Pen icon in the top right corner and then select Upload thumbnail. Select the desired file to upload (recommended dimensions are 533 x 300 pixels) and then select Save when finished.
    Categorize videos — Makes them easier to discover as they appear higher in search results and recommended content Select an uploaded video and then select the Select a category drop-down menu. Choose the desired category and then click out of the box to save the changes.
    Group videos — Improves organization and navigation From the bottom of your channel page, select the Plus icon, enter your new group title, and then select Save when finished. Repeat as needed and then drag and drop the desired videos into the different groups you created.
    Note: To delete a group, drag and drop all videos out of the group and then select the X button in the upper right corner of the empty group field.
    Feature videos — Rotate through up to 5 videos at the top of your channel Select the Star icon next to the desired videos to add them to your Featured Videos list.
    Note: To remove a video from this list, select the Star icon again so that it returns to a hollow state.
    Move videos between channels (If applicable) From the channel you want to move a video into, select the Video icon (next to the Settings icon). From the Published tab, select the desired video(s), and then select Move.
    Note: Videos can only be hosted in one channel at a time. Moving them to another channel will automatically remove them from the previous channel they were listed under.
    Embed video on other sites From the desired video, select the Embed icon. Select your preferred video dimensions from the drop-down menu and then select Copy. Paste the copied link in the desired site. Viewers will still need to register before they can view the video from any other site.
    Delete videos Select Edit > Remove video from channel next to the desired video and then select Yes, Remove to confirm.
    Note: The video will be moved to the Unpublished tab and can be re-added from your Video Library at any time.
