Answer attendee's questions
During the webinar, attendees can ask questions. Organizers can sort these questions, tag them, and assign them to other staff members in the session.
Note: The organizer is the only one who can view all questions and assign them to other staff members. Panelists can only view the questions assigned to them.

Enable or disable questions
- During the webinar, select in the top toolbar.
- Scroll to Attendee permission and enable or disable the Allow to ask questions setting.
Answer questions
Assign a question to another staff member
- During the webinar, select in the top toolbar.
- Select , and then select the desired staff member.
Results: The staff member will be notified and prompted to answer the question.
Filter and tag questions
You can sort questions by time and filter incoming questions by tags, assignment, or priority. The following tags are available:
- Follow up
- Answer live
- Ignore
- Answered
You can also select Clear all filters as needed.

Enable or disable the Questions feature
Organizers can enable or disable the ability for attendees to ask questions during a session.
- From the top of the Control Panel, select Options.
- Select Attendees Can Ask Questions. If the option is checked, attendees can ask questions. If the option is unchecked, Q & A is disabled, and no one can ask questions.
Answer your attendee's questions
Assign a question to another staff member
Organizers can assign questions to another organizer or panelist in the session.
- From the Questions pane, select a question to highlight the entire row.
- Right-click the question, and then select Assign Question to from the drop-down menu.
- Select the desired staff member's name.
