  1. Search for your question by using the search bar or browsing our FAQs.
  2. If the article doesn't answer your question, keep it open and use the Call Support option at the bottom-right to contact Customer Support.
  3. Go through the Call Support flow and identify your ticket number.
  4. Before calling GoToTraining Customer Support, make sure you have your ticket number ready. You can find the ticket number in the Call Support window.
