Working with System Information (Diagnostic Reports)
The System Info tab provides a snapshot of the current status of the end user's device to help you troubleshoot problems.
Restriction: The full set of system information is available only during a remote control session. During a chat-only or remote view session, basic browser-related information is displayed.
- During an active session click the Info icon on the toolbar.
Note: If you can't see the icon, click the Interaction panel (
) icon on the top right of the screen next to the End session button.
Result: The following view-only information is displayed.
- CPU
- Memory usage
- Logical drives
- System
- Processes
- Network
