Switching Between Monitors

    If multiple monitors are connected to the end-user's device, the agent can select which monitor they want to view during a remote support session.

    Note: This feature is not available during a Remote View session because at the start of a Remote View session the end-user has to select which monitor or application window they want to share, and the agent cannot change that.
    1. During an active remote control support session, click MONITOR SWITCH on the toolbar.
    2. From the drop-down select the monitor you want to view.

      Note: Currently, you can select only one monitor at a time.

    Results:

    You can see the screen of the selected monitor.

    You can switch to another monitor any time during the session, following the same steps.
