Switching Between Monitors
If multiple monitors are connected to the end user's device, the agent can select which monitor they want to view during a remote support session.
Note: This feature is not available during a Remote View session because at the start of a Remote View session the end user has to select which monitor or application window they want to share, and the agent cannot change that.
Results:
You can see the screen of the selected monitor.
What to do next: You can switch to another monitor any time during the session, following the same steps.
