Switching Between Monitors
If multiple monitors are connected to the end-user's device, the agent can select which monitor they want to view during a remote support session.
- During an active remote control support session, click MONITOR SWITCH on the toolbar.
- From the drop-down select the monitor you want to view. Note: Currently, you can select only one monitor at a time.
You can see the screen of the selected monitor.
You can switch to another monitor any time during the session, following the same steps.
