Resolve Data Residency
GoTo Resolve uses geographically distributed data centers worldwide to provide low latency, high performing services, and data segregation.
Upon registering an account,
GoTo Resolve end users have the option to select a geographic region to store Customer Content.
Data stored in a selected geographic region applies only to customer-generated content (e.g., recordings and scripts) and in-product data (e.g., computer and device names).
End users with Global Data Residency can have their data stored in the European Union (EU). Still, customers with EU Data Residency cannot have their data outside of the EU. There is no storage connection between our EU-based and US-based data centers.
Note: Some features and data are not in scope for EU Residency, including data collected or generated for billing, identity verification, support, and security purposes. Customer Content storage locations will vary from product to product. To learn more about your specific product, please consult the Sub-processor Disclosures in the Trust and Privacy Center.
