Use the Remote Sound feature to listen to sound played on the end user's computer while in an active remote control support session.

1. During an active session, click the REMOTE SOUND icon () on the toolbar in the console.

   Result: Speakers are automatically muted on the remote computer of the end user, if they use the default speaker(s).

2. Click the REMOTE SOUND icon again on the toolbar to restore the original sound settings on the remote computer.
