How do I manage my payment method?

    Learn how to view and edit your payment method online. Update your payment method in the Billing Self Service Portal or from within GoTo Admin.
    You must be a billing admin to access the billing portal. Trial subscriptions will only have access through the Billing Self Service Portal.
    • Only one payment method can be kept on file at a time.
    • We accept all credit/debit cards.
    • The card on file will automatically be charged according to the payment plan you chose when signing up (monthly/annually).

    GoTo Admin

    You must be a billing admin to access the billing section in GoTo Admin.
    1. If you are not already, sign in to your admin portal.
    2. Select Billing, and then choose the Payment method tab.
    3. To edit your payment method, select Edit Icon Edit.
    4. Modify the information as needed and save your changes.

    Billing Self Service Portal

    1. Sign in at

      Tip: You can also access your billing portal by selecting App Switcher Icon on the top navigation bar, and choosing Billing.

    2. From Edit account information, verify that the address and phone number is entered correctly.
    3. From Payment Methods, select Replace Credit Card.
    4. Make any needed changes.
    5. Select Add when finished.
