How do I Deal with Push Notifications on Mobile?
Agents now receive push notifications on their device for key ticketing events.
- a new ticket has been assigned to an agent
- the priority of an assigned ticket has changed
- the status of an assigned ticket has changed
- a comment was added to an assigned ticket
Tapping on any of the push notifications will take you directly to the relevant ticket in the GoTo Agent app where you can review or update the ticket.
