You can receive automated reminders if the warranty period or the lifecycle of your item comes to an end.
- In the Console, go to the Inventory page.
Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your organization in the top-left corner next to the GoTo Resolve logo.
- Select an item from your inventory.
- Select the Purchase information tab to display warranty and life cycle information.
- Fill in the Warranty starts and Warranty ends fields to enter warranty related information.
- Fill in the Life cycle period and Life cycle ends fields to enter life cycle related information.
Results: Your will see reminders in the Reminders column once the warranty period or the lifecycle of an item is near to expiry or has expired.
