Getting Started: Remote support from the Support page
You can start instant support sessions from the Support page of the Console to devices that are not part of your account. This feature doesn't require you to enter your signature key.

Remember: This feature is not available with a Free subscription. Check out which subscription you need to get the most of GoTo Resolve.
Select Start remote support session in the Instant remote support card on the Support tab of the Console.
A Support Key is generated and displayed in a new tab.
Note:
Once a Support Key is generated, it remains valid for starting a session for 60 minutes. End-users can join a support session at https://helpdesk.me/join.
