Failed to update Apple DEP view
This error occurs when trying to update devices from Apple Business/School Manager to GoTo Resolve MDM.
Solution:
There are a few reasons for this error.
- There is an update on Apple Business Manager "Terms of Service", which you have not accepted.
- The enrollment token for Apple Business Manager has expired and you need to renew it. You may do this from GoTo Resolve MDM in the System > Infrastructure diagram (Apple Device Enrollment Program).
- The token in GoTo Resolve MDM does not match the one in Apple Business Manager. Upload the latest token to GoTo Resolve MDM by renewing it in System > Infrastructure Diagram.
