Apple Push Certificate: Missing Apple ID?
This article gives instructions for the situation where you don't know the correct Apple ID the Apple Push Certificate is obtained with, or you need to move the existing Push Certificate to another Apple ID.
Apple does not provide the Apple ID for us, but by following the below-described process, you can figure out the correct Apple ID or move the existing Apple Push Certificate to another Apple ID.
How to find or change the Apple ID for the Apple Push Certificate?
Contact the Apple Deployment Programs Support when you need help with Apple Push Notification service (APNs) certificates generated in the Apple Push Certificates Portal.
If a phone number for your country or region isn't available, you can email apns_programs@apple.com.
