Switching Between Monitors
If multiple monitors are connected to the customer's device, the agent can either select which monitor they want to view during a Remote Control or Unattended session, or they can choose to view all available monitors at the same time.
- During a Remote Control or Unattended session, select the Monitor Switch icon
on the toolbar at the top of the Agent Console.
- From the drop-down menu, select the monitor you want to view, or select All monitor to view all available monitors.
Results:
You can see the screen of the selected monitor or monitors.
During a session, you can use the drop-down menu to toggle through monitor views.
