What are the system requirements for using the desktop app?

    In order to download and install the GoToMeeting desktop app onto your computer, it must meet the following requirements.

    Operating system

    Windows 7 – Windows 11

    Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) - macOS 12 Monterey
    Internet connection 1 Mbps or better (broadband recommended) (see How much bandwidth is used during a session?)
    Software

    GoToMeeting desktop app

    JavaScript enabled
    Hardware

    2GB or more of RAM

    Microphone, speakers, webcam devices
