How do I set user permissions in Salesforce?
Salesforce account users must be given permission to access GoTo Meeting for Salesforce. Admins can set permissions during the installation at the user profile level or as described in this article for individual users at any time after installation.
GTM Permissions is a specific set of permissions required to use the Salesforce integration. It is installed with the application package. As an admin, you can assign these permission to your users.
- Search for and select Permission sets in the Salesforce search box (under ).
- Click GTM Permission from the list.
- Click .
- Select the users you want to give permissions to and click Assign.
Results: Permissen set has been assigned to the specified user(s).
