How do I join a meeting as an InRoom Link attendee?

InRoom Link attendees need a special meeting string to join the session.

The room attendee can share audio and video and receive audio, video, and shared content. The room device cannot be promoted to the organizer or presenter role and cannot participate in chat. Individuals in the room can join the meeting separately if they need to present or chat.

Place the join call via interactive screen

You can use this join method on both H.323 and SIP.

  1. Locate and dial the IP address(67.217.95.2) found in the invite. You can store the IP address as a contact and speed dial in for future meetings.
