Manage notifications for the mobile app

Enable and customize your notification settings for the mobile app.

Customize your device's notification settings.
  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and tap GoTo and then configure your settings as desired.

Customize your GoTo mobile app notification settings.
  1. Sign in to the GoTo mobile app.
  2. Select your profile picture in the top left and then select Notifications.
  3. Configure your notifications as desired:
    • Phone — Enable notifications for missed calls, new voicemails, and voicemail email notifications.
    • Messages — Enable notifications and email notifications for new messages in your private inbox.
    • Inbox — Enable notifications for your shared inbox(es) messages. Set preferences to notify you for:
      Notice: Depending on how the shared inbox assignment mode is configured, some of the inbox notification options may or may not appear as an option.
      • All : All messages that are assigned to you and all unassigned messages.
      • Assigned only: All messages that are only assigned to you. Assignment mode enabled only.
      • Conversations with me: All messages that you are included in or have interacted with. Assignment mode disabled only.
    • Meetings — Enable meeting notifications and reminders.
    • Settings sync — Apply your mobile notification settings to your GoTo desktop or web app, as well as any other mobile devices you are logged into.
