Firewalls
You may need to tell your firewall that join.me is your friend, so to speak.
Bad performance? Lag? Seems slow?
Make sure your internet connection is working at optimal speeds.
Participants receive an "Invalid Code" message
Make sure that the code they are entering matches the code at the top of the join.me app.

No sounds from presenter's computer
Sounds from the presenter's computer can't be heard by folks participating in a join.me meeting. This includes stuff like notifications, beeps, songs, or sounds embedded in a PowerPoint presentation.
