Why can't I give mouse control?
Having trouble allowing a participant to control your mouse during a meeting?
Symptom
As a presenter on a Windows PC, you share control of your mouse, but the recipient is unable to either take control or click certain windows.
Cause
Most likely you are running at least one program with elevated privileges ("Run as administrator").
Solution
You must run join.me with elevated privileges, as well.
To run join.me with elevated privileges, right-click the join.me icon and select Run as administrator.
