Play a sound when someone joins a call

As meeting organizer, you can turn on/off the beeping sound that plays when someone joins a join.me conference call.

Important: Settings take effect starting with your next conference!

During a meeting for which you are the organizer, click the speaker icon.
Result: The Audio menu is displayed.
Click Audio settings.

Result: The Settings window is displayed.
On the Settings window, clear the check box called Play a sound when someone joins the call.

Results: Starting with your next conference, the chime is turned off for all join.me conference calls.

Tip: When dialing in by phone, you can toggle the chime using the organizer keypad command * 7 1.
