Check your case status
Searching for your case number? Learn how to check your support case number's status.
- On the top-right navigation menu, choose My Cases. You will be prompted to sign in, if you are not already signed in.
- If prompted, sign in to your GoTo account.
- View your cases and their details as needed.
- Optional: To add an attachment or comment to an open case:
- Select an open case.
- Select ADD ATTACHMENTS or ADD COMMENT as needed.
