As an admin, how do I unlock a customer's GoToAssist Service Desk account?

If a GoToAssist Service Desk customer tried logging in to the Customer Portal but locked their account due to too many failed login attempts, you can unlock their account.

Before you begin:
Restriction: You must be an account admin in order to perform these actions.
  1. Sign in to https://desk.gotoassist.com with your email address and password.
  2. In the top toolbar, go to Configure > Customers.
  3. Select your desired customer.
  4. Click Unlock this Customer.

Results: The customer's account is now unlocked.

What to do next: Inform the customer that they can now reset their password (if needed) and log back in to the Customer Portal.
