RescueAssist is now GoToAssist Remote Support v5, a new desktop-based and web-based agent console that represents substantial improvements to our current service.
How do I switch to GoToAssist Remote Support v5?
You can switch to use GoToAssist Remote Support v5 in either of the following ways:
- Click Try GoToAssist v5 in the banner of your Dashboard to be redirected to the Agent Web Console at https://console.gotoassist.com.
- Select your user account drop-down menu in the top toolbar, then select your Current version. A new menu appears (outlining the version differences between GoToAssist Remote Support v4 and v5), and you can click Try Now to be redirected to the Agent Web Console at https://console.gotoassist.com.
