Remote Support allows you to use cut/copy and paste to transfer text between your computer and your customer's computer (and vice versa) during an attended or unattended support session.

Note: This feature has a text-only maximum of 1.5 MB of data.

1. Select the text you want to cut or copy by clicking and dragging your mouse over the words to highlight the text.
2. Right-click your mouse on the selected text and choose Cut or Copy from the drop-down menu.

   

1. Right-click your mouse in the location where you want to paste the text and select Paste.
