How do I create a helpdesk ticket?
Submit a service ticket to request admin help for issues with your phone, printer, network, VPN, display, email, audio, software, etc.
- Sign in to the desktop or web app.
- Select your profile picture in the top right and then choose Contact my admin.
Note: If you do not see the option it is because this feature is not available on your account.
- Fill out the service ticket.
- Select Submit.
Result: The new service ticket will be sent to your admin. Status updates will be sent by email.
