How do I create a helpdesk ticket?

Submit a service ticket to request admin help for issues with your phone, printer, network, VPN, display, email, audio, software, etc.

Restriction: This feature may not be available with your plan.
  1. Sign in to the desktop or web app.
  2. Select your profile picture in the top right and then choose Contact my admin.
    Note: If you do not see the option it is because this feature is not available on your account.
  3. Fill out the service ticket.
  4. Select Submit.

    Result: The new service ticket will be sent to your admin. Status updates will be sent by email.
