Download Past Reports in the GoTo Admin Center (classic)
Admins can view and download reports that have been created in the last 30 days.

The article below is meant for admins who use the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com to administer their account. - Use the drop-down menu to select your desired time frame, then select the Download icon
next to it. - Select from Excel or HTML as your desired file type, then select Accept.
Note: If you encounter an "Unknown Server Error" message, please try generating the report again.
