Installation Troubleshooting for Safari (Mac)
Below are some common issues encountered when installing with Apple Safari.
Restart the Download
On the Launcher page, click
download & run GoToTraining in the blue box on the launcher page. You should then see the "GoToTraining Opener" file begin downloading and display at the bottom of your screen.
Run the GoTo Training Opener File
- Press z +Option+L on your keyboard to open the Downloads folder, then double-click GoTo Opener.dmg.
- When you see the GoTo Opener image, double-click it to launch the program.
- When prompted, click Open to launch GoTo Training.
