Switching between monitors
If multiple monitors are connected to the end-user's device, the agent can select which monitor they want to view during a remote support session.
Note: This feature is not available during a Remote View session because at the start of a Remote View session the end-user has to select which monitor or application window they want to share, and the agent cannot change that.
- During an active remote control support session, click MONITOR SWITCH on the toolbar.
- From the drop-down select the monitor(s) you want to view.
Results:
You can see the screen(s) of the selected monitor(s).
What to do next: You can switch to another monitor any time during the session, following the same steps.
