About proxy credentials in LogMeIn Resolve
If the Please enter your proxy information window is displayed to you when you are trying to create a new LogMeIn Resolve session, it means that you or your network administrator configured a proxy server, which requires authentication.
Enter your valid proxy credentials. The session creation flow continues, and the proxy credentials dialog will not be displayed for subsequent sessions.
The dialog keeps being displayed
- Make sure you have entered the correct proxy credentials.
Note: You may have to contact your network administrator.
- If the entered credentials are correct, but the dialog keeps being displayed and the connection fails, contact your LogMeIn Resolve account's support representative, or select Contact Support in this article for help.
Supported Proxy Types
LogMeIn Resolve supports the HTTP basic proxy server type and protocol.
