Why am I Prompted for Proxy Credentials?

If the Please enter your proxy information. window is displayed to you when you are trying to create a new GoTo Resolve session, it means that you or your network administrator configured a proxy server, which requires authentication.

Enter your valid proxy credentials. The session creation flow continues, and the proxy credentials dialog will not be displayed for subsequent sessions.

The dialog keeps being displayed

  1. Make sure you have entered the correct proxy credentials.
    Note: You may have to contact your network administrator.
  2. If the entered credentials are correct, but the dialog keeps being displayed and the connection fails, contact your GoTo Resolve account's support representative, or select Contact Support in this article for help.

GoTo Resolve supports the following proxy server types and protocols.
  • HTTP Basic
