System Requirements for End users
These hardware, operating system, and browser requirements apply to your end users' computers. Recommendations for network configurations are made to ensure a smooth support experience.
Desktop Requirements

- Network
- A working internet connection with stable 1 Mbps download upload bandwidth.
- Operating System

- Windows 7 SP1 and above
- Windows Server 2008 R2 and above
Note: On Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, you must enable TLS 1.2. For information, see the Microsoft support center.Tip: To start unattended access, you must first open TCP port 8883 on the remote device. This restriction applies to the following operating systems:
- Windows 8 and earlier
- Windows Server 2012 and earlier
Important: Operating systems older than macOS BigSur (11) will not be supported after September 1, 2023. - Apple macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and above
Note: The Rosetta software is required when joining a support session from a Mac with an M1 chipset.
- Linux
Restriction: Remote Control is currently not available on Linux devices.
- Chrome OS
Restriction: Remote Control is currently not available on Chrome OS devices. Remote View is only available on devices running the latest Chrome OS version.
- Browser
- The latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari, or Internet Explorer 11.

- Android 7.0 or above (the latest Android version recommended)
- Dual-core CPU (Quad-core recommended)
- 1 GByte RAM (2 Gbyte recommended)
- 30 MByte free space
- Internet connection with minimum 0.5 Mbps bandwidth (4G/LTE or equivalent WiFi recommended)
- The latest version of Chrome
iOS
- iOS 13 or above
- 140 MByte free space
- Internet connection with minimum 0.5 Mbps bandwidth (4G/LTE or equivalent WiFi recommended)
