Managing stream settings
Agents can manage and adjust streaming and connection quality of a remote control support session based on the bandwidth of the connection.
Restriction: Stream settings are available only during a remote control support session.
During an active session click the Stream settings icon on the toolbar.
Note: If you can't see the icon, click the Interaction panel (
) icon on the top right of the screen next to the End session button.

Result: Agents can modify the following settings:
- Show end-user's wallpaper
- With this radio button agents can disable the end-user's wallpaper if the bandwidth of the connection is too low.
- Stream quality
- Agents can choose from four streaming quality settings. The Auto setting automatically adapts stream quality to the highest level the bandwidth of the connection can support.
