Set up unattended access on Android devices

Agents can add Android mobile devices to the Devices page, so that they can remote control them even when the owner is not physically present at the device.

Important:
  • The mobile device must be running Android 7.0 or above (the latest Android version is recommended).
  • The device should not be locked with a PIN or pattern.
Restriction: To access and manage mobile devices, purchase the Mobile support add-on for LogMeIn Resolve. Only verified devices offer the full remote control and management experience.
You need to explicitly allow the agent to remotely access your device.
