You can download a local copy of a file from the managed device.

1. Open the file manager and select the file that you want to download to your local computer.
2. On the right, select the triple dots to open the context menu.
3. Select Download.
4. Select Copy to confirm.
   The file is downloaded to the default folder defined in your browser.

   Note: You cannot download encrypted files.
