Miradore client for LogMeIn Resolve MDM
LogMeIn Resolve MDM uses the Miradore client application for certain device management features.
In most cases, the latest version of the Miradore client application is automatically downloaded and installed to devices either during enrollment to LogMeIn Resolve MDM or when a configuration profile requiring the app is deployed to the device. This app enables the management of devices running all operating systems supported by LogMeIn Resolve MDM, namely Android, Windows, iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
The
Miradore client app is automatically downloaded to devices running the specified OS at the following points:
- Android: during enrollment
- Windows: during Full enrollment
- iOS and iPadOS: during the deployment of the location tracking configuration profile
- macOS: during enrollment
Note: The Miradore client app must be manually downloaded and installed on Windows devices when they are enrolled using Light enrollment. Android device users might also be prompted to manually download the app when using older OS versions.
