Silent Monitor Report
The Silent Monitor Report provides details for sessions that were silently monitored by managers.
Silent Monitoring Summary
- Number of Unique Managers: Number of unique manager logins associated with silent monitoring sessions during the date range specified
- Total Silent Monitor Events: Total number of times a manager silently monitored a session
- Total Silent Monitor Time: The cumulative time elapsed over all silent monitoring events during the date range specified
Silent Monitor Activity Summary
- Manager Name: The manager's first and last name
- Manager Login: The manager's login to HelpAlert (email address format)
- Login Creation Date: Date and time the manager's login to HelpAlert was created
- Silent Monitor Events: Number of times the manager silently monitored a session
- Total Silent Monitor Time: Total time spent by the manager in Silent Monitor events
Silent Monitor Activity Details
- Session ID: Unique identifying number associated with each session
- Start Time: Date and time the session started
- Stop Time: Date and time the session ended
- Total Time: The actual time that the manager spent silently monitoring the session
- Manager Name: The manager's first and last name
- Manager Login: The manager's login to HelpAlert (email address format)
- Manager IP: IP address of the manager's computer used to silently monitor the session
- Notes: Comments left by the manager about the observed session
