Manage Trainings via Android

    As a GoTo Training organizer, you can use the Android app to view and manage your scheduled trainings while on the go!

    Note: Are you just trying to join a meeting as an attendee? See Join Meetings via Android.

    Log in as an organizer

    1. Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner.
    2. Tap Trainer Sign In.
    3. Enter your organizer credentials (i.e., email address and password).
    4. Tap Sign In. You'll then see a list of your upcoming and past sessions.

    View upcoming and past sessions

    Once you log in to the app, the Trainer Sessions screen will automatically display a list of the trainings that you previously scheduled from a computer.
    • Use the Upcoming and Past tabs at the top to switch between future and past sessions.
    • Tap an upcoming training to see a list of registrants.
    • Tap a past training to see a summary of the session, including attendees, absentees, and the average amount of time spent in session.

    Send a message to registrants

    You can easily send an email message to one, some or all registrants with a few taps!
    1. On the Trainer Sessions screen, select desired session (either upcoming or past).
    2. Select and hold the desired registrant until a Check icon appears next to their name.
      • To select additional registrants, select and hold their names.
      • To select all registrants at once, select Select All in the upper toolbar.
    3. Select the Mail icon in the upper toolbar.
    4. A new email will open and the selected registrants email addresses will be pre-populated. Simply enter your message and send!

    Resend a registrant the join link

    If an attendee has registered to join but cannot find their Join URL, you can re-send it to them directly from within the app.
    1. On the Trainer Sessions screen, tap the Upcoming tab.
    2. Select the desired training (you must be logged in to see this screen).
    3. You will see a list of attendees who have registered for the training. Tap the Link icon next to the desired registrant.
    4. A new email will launch with their email address and information pre-populated. Simply send it!

    Invite others

    1. On the Trainer Sessions screen, tap the Upcoming tab.
    2. Select the desired training (you must be logged in to see this screen).
    3. Select the floating Invite button .
    4. A new email message will open pre-populated with the session information. Simply enter the attendee's email address and send!
