How do I start a free GoTo Meeting trial?

Interested in GoTo Meeting? Start a free trial – no credit card required! At the end of the free trial, your account will expire – it will not renew automatically.

Start a free trial

Your free trial will expire at the end of 14 days – it will not renew automatically. You must purchase a GoTo Meeting subscription to continue using GoTo Meeting as an organizer after your free trial.
  1. Go to https://www.goto.com/meeting/trial.
  2. Enter your details (name, business email, and password), then select Start My Trial.
  3. Finish setting up your personal meeting room detail.

Subscribe after a free trial

If you are joining other people's meetings, you do not need a GoTo Meeting subscription. If you want to schedule and host your own meetings, you do need a GoTo Meeting subscription. Recordings and meeting history will remain in the account as long as you use the same email address.
  1. Sign in to your account as an admin.
  2. From Plan Details, select Subscribe After Trial.
  3. Select the desired plan and then enter your billing information. Learn more now about the GoTo Meeting subscription plans available to you!
  4. Select Purchase Now.

What if I'm not eligible for a free trial?

If you see a "Not eligible for trial" message when you are trying to sign up for a trial, try the following steps:
  1. Sign up for a trial with an email address different from the one you were using before. It is possible you have already signed up for a trial with that email address.
  2. Be sure you are entering a complete first and last name.
  3. Clear your browser cookies and cache.
  4. Log in to your existing account as you may already have an account with us.
What to do next: If you are still having difficulties signing up for a trial and have not yet used your free trial, select Contact Support.
