Organizers can copy webinar details to a newly scheduled one so that all settings and customizations carry over (including polls, surveys, emails, and panelists). This makes it easy to schedule new webinars that are similar to past ones.
- Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
- In the Dashboard, select the Past Events tab.
- Find the past webinar that you want to use as a template, then copy it in one of the following ways:
- Recommended: Select next to the desired webinar and Copy Webinar.
- Select , and then find the webinar in the list.
- Make updates as needed, and then select Schedule.
- The following components are copied over. Once scheduled, you are taken to the Event Details page where you can customize your new webinar.
