Provide Toll-Free Phone Numbers

Provide your attendees with dial-in numbers.

Note: Organizers incur per-minute charges for each attendee who uses toll-free audio service. To minimize billing charges, any attendee who joins a session before the organizer is disconnected after 5 minutes of inactivity. If the session is canceled and never started by the organizer, then no charges are incurred. However, if an organizer joins the session, even if was never started, the account is charged for the organizer's minutes along with the minutes incurred by any attendees waiting for the event to start.

The features that are available on your account may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Add enhanced audio (toll-free number & Call Me) to your GoTo Webinar plan

Before you begin: You can purchase GoToMeeting Plus Toll-Free Number & Call Me at any time. Once your account includes this plan, you will see the toll-free audio and Call Me options whenever you schedule webinars and under the default audio options.

Note: The steps below can only be completed by the billing contact of an online account. If you are not the billing contact of your account, then you will need to contact them in order to make changes. In addition, if you are the billing contact of an offline account then you will need to contact a GoTo representative to make changes to your plan. Please see Who is the billing contact for my account? for more information.

  1. Log in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com/.
  2. Select Change Plan, and then add Toll-Free Numbers & Call Me.
  3. Select Subscribe Now to confirm.

    Result: For any sessions that were scheduled prior to purchasing Toll-Free Numbers & Call Me, the regular toll-based conference numbers will automatically be replaced with the toll-free numbers. We recommend you resend the session invitation to participants so they have access to the new toll-free audio information. The Webinar ID and URLs will stay the same, and the new toll-free number will be provided to attendees in the Waiting Room as well as in the Audio pane of the Control Panel.

What to do next: You will receive a separate monthly invoice from GoTo for any toll-free minutes used by you and your attendees. Per-minute charges are based on your service contract, and minutes are calculated per participants (e.g., if 3 participants dialed in to your session for 10 minutes each using the toll-free option, you will have used 30 minutes of your plan).

Schedule a session with toll-free numbers

When you schedule a new webinar, you'll automatically see the option to include toll-free numbers if you have enhanced audio (toll-free numbers & Call Me).
  1. When scheduling, select the enhanced audio option.
  2. Select Edit to change the countries you want to provide toll-free numbers for.

Remove enhanced audio (Toll-Free Number & Call Me)

You can cancel Toll-Free Number & Call Me at any time. Keep in mind that you (and other organizers on your account) will lose access to toll-free numbers, and toll-free numbers will be removed from all scheduled sessions associated with your account.
  1. Log in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com/.
  2. Select Change Plan, and then select Remove Toll-Free Numbers & Call Me.
  3. Select Unsubscribe Now to confirm.

Note: If you have a plan that is billed via invoice, then you must contact your Account Manager or select Contact Support to modify your account and subscription plans.
