How much does GoTo Webinar cost?

The cost of GoTo Webinar depends on your subscription plan. If you're unsure which route to go, start a free trial – no credit card required! At the end of the free trial, you will not be charged and your trial will automatically expire.

View our plans and pricing page to compare the different tiers and pick the plan that's best for you and your business. Note that The main differences between our subscription plans are the amount of attendees you can have and the features that are included.

Our Lite plan offers the most basic features that you would need to have a successful webinar – screen sharing, attendee engagement, and analytics. When you upgrade to other plans, you get access to other features such as custom branding, GoTo Stage, virtual events, and more.

You free trial will end after 7 days – it will not renew automatically. You must purchase a GoTo Webinar subscription to continue using GoTo Webinaras an organizer after your free trial.

  2. Enter your details, then select Start My Trial.

Subscribe after your free trial

If you are joining other people's webinars, you do not need a GoTo Webinar subscription. If you want to schedule and host your own webinars, you do need a GoTo Webinar subscription.

Recordings and webinar history will remain in the account as long as you use the same email address.
  1. Sign in to your admin account.
  2. Under Plan Details, select Subscribe After Trial.
  3. Choose the desired plan, then enter your billing information.
    Attention: When you purchase a GoToWebinar Standard, Pro, or Enterprise subscription, you're given a GoToMeeting subscription for free! Learn more about GoToMeeting or visit the support site.
  4. Select Purchase Now.
  5. Enjoy!
