The recording can take up to 48 hours to process and save. If you still cannot access your recording after 48 hours, select Contact Support.

After you record a webinar to the cloud or manually upload a video to your Video Library, it will need to process and save before you are able to share the link with others. The processing time depends on how long the video is but it can take up to 48 hours.

Once processed, you can preview, share, download the recording.
