How do I share a webinar recording with others?

Organizers can share a recording with attendees and co-organizers from the dashboard. Once shared, they are prompted to register to view the recording.

Share a recording with attendees

  1. Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
  2. Select the Video Library icon in the left menu.
  3. Find the desired recording and select More icon.
  4. Select Copy Share Link.

    Result: The link is saved to your clipboard. Share by pasting the link wherever you'd like.

Share recordings with co-organizers

After the webinar, automatically send co-organizers an email with the session recording. The recording link expires after 24 hours.
Note: Only co-organizers in your GoTo Webinar account will receive the recording. They must have a GoTo Webinar license in your account.
  1. Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
  2. Select the Settings icon in the left menu.
  3. Select Recording and enable the Share Recording setting.
Results: Co-organizers in your GoTo Webinar account will receive the webinar recording. The recording link expires after 24 hours.
