How do I reactivate my GoTo Webinar subscription plan?
The billing contact for your account can easily reactivate your expired GoTo Webinar subscription plan . They can choose to keep the same plan as before, or customize a new one.
Note: Some billing contacts sign in to the Billing Center at https://billing.goto.com to manage their GoTo Webinar billing info themselves. However, other billing contacts for larger accounts (referred to as "corporate" accounts) typically work with their dedicated GoTo representative (or by contacting Corporate Account Services) to manage their account on the Corporate Billing Portal at https://link.goto.com/corp-billing.
Reactivate an expired trial or subscription plan
If your GoTo Webinar trial or paid plan has lapsed, you can click Subscribe Now or Reactivate and choose to either make changes or keep your existing plan.
Stop a pending cancellation
If you have
canceled your GoTo Webinar subscription plan but have changed your mind, you can reverse the cancellation and ensure uninterrupted service. Sign in to the Billing Center's Subscriptions page at
https://billing.logmeininc.com/subscriptions and click
Remove Pending Cancellation.
