How do I manage registered attendees?

    Organizers can track registrants, view their registration details (including the registration date and time, approval status), cancel their registration, resend the confirmation emails, and download the Registration Report.

    1. Sign in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
    2. On the Dashboard, either schedule a new event or open an existing one.
    3. Access the Registrants page in either ways:
      • Under the About field, select Registered Registered Icon.

      • Under the Registration field, select the number of Registrants under Tracking Registrants.

    4. View a list of all registered attendees and their details.
      • Registrant name – View the selected registrant's details and answers to the registration form.
      • Search icon – Search for a specific registrant.
      • Invite icon – Open the Registration page to your webinar.
      • Download icon – Download the session's Registration Report.
      • Bar Graph icon – Open your Analytics page.
      • Copy icon – Copy the Registration URL and paste it anywhere you'd like.
      • Cancel Registration – Cancel the selected attendees registration.
      • Resend Confirmation Email – Resend the webinar confirmation email to selected attendees.
